After spending a number of weeks warming my bones in Indonesia I am home in our beautiful country and making the most of the joy that is Perth summer.

I will be based out of Perth again for the next good while and am currently taking booking for weddings and lifestyle family shoots for the remainder of this summer and the 2011/12 season.

I'm excited to share the sunshine with most of you again. :)

Starting the journey home today, via London, Colombo,Singapore and Bali.
It's snowing outside, snow fall is as beautiful as they say it is.
I go now, back to warmer fields, back to the sound of waves and salty water, I leave now my dutch family. 
I am Australian my family are dutch, it has been such a blessed few months meeting my cousins, aunties, uncles and grandad. As a child I didn't know them, as a teenager I didn't care, now I know how special it is to have family, to see in them part of my parents, part of myself, to have learnt more about myself and my roots.
I am so blessed to have such an abundance of awesome cousins, each amazing and loveable in their own unique way. I am so blessed to have such caring and kind Aunts and Uncles who unconditionally shared their love and homes with me. I am so blessed to have such an beauitful Grandad, who although we dont share the same language can still make me laugh and who together with my granma raised such an beautiful family with great values.

I spent my last weekend in Belgium with my Om Jan, Tante Annemeike and a bunch of my cousins, what a beautiful way to finish my Europe stay.

Thank you friends and family of this beautiful continent.

Another one from Chamonix. Ice and snow are so fascinating. I love the details and beauty that surrounds us in nature. I love that I have been given eyes to see these things and the luxury of time, money and freedom to be able to share the things I see.
