The world is full of beautiful edible little munchkins. Maybe it's a sign of my age that everywhere I look I see beautifully curved baby bumps or bright baby eyes.
Ruby is the lovely little girl of my friend Julie. I am privileged to be staying the weekend with these two gorgeous girls.

This little guy turns 1 today. Daniel is one of my gorgeous nephews. I had a great time over christmas being entertained by them. Daniel had a great time over christmas chasing Sheila around and making pretty finger smudges on the windows. What an awesome kid :)

Starting the journey home today, via London, Colombo,Singapore and Bali.
It's snowing outside, snow fall is as beautiful as they say it is.
I go now, back to warmer fields, back to the sound of waves and salty water, I leave now my dutch family. 
I am Australian my family are dutch, it has been such a blessed few months meeting my cousins, aunties, uncles and grandad. As a child I didn't know them, as a teenager I didn't care, now I know how special it is to have family, to see in them part of my parents, part of myself, to have learnt more about myself and my roots.
I am so blessed to have such an abundance of awesome cousins, each amazing and loveable in their own unique way. I am so blessed to have such caring and kind Aunts and Uncles who unconditionally shared their love and homes with me. I am so blessed to have such an beauitful Grandad, who although we dont share the same language can still make me laugh and who together with my granma raised such an beautiful family with great values.

I spent my last weekend in Belgium with my Om Jan, Tante Annemeike and a bunch of my cousins, what a beautiful way to finish my Europe stay.

Thank you friends and family of this beautiful continent.

I am currently living in Amsterdam, these are my two lovely roommates, one also being my awesome cousin Dieuwke. Saturday was creative day so as well as painting and drawing we headed into the front yard (well the park across the road) and took some photos. Loving the autumn tones.
